Always mindful of his team’s and community’s well-being, he has been coordinating the volunteer team at a shelter for LGBT youth facing family rejection for the past three years. On weekends, he spends his time creating healthy leisure spaces, such as roller-skating or hiking in groups.

Margoth is a journalist by training and a storyteller by vocation. She has always seen writing as a powerful tool to connect, inspire, and communicate. Today, in her role as Content SEO Specialist at Década, she channels her passion for storytelling into strategic content that helps brands grow on marketplaces.

For her, writing —much like baking desserts— is a way to channel energy, especially during high-stress moments. A true coffee lover (strong coffee, of course), she can’t imagine starting the day without its aroma.

Laura graduated in Marketing Management and Commercial Management, and a year ago completed a master’s degree in Digital Marketing and Artificial Intelligence. She has over three and a half years of experience in the marketplace world, managing accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Miravia, and eBay. Her aspiration is to continue growing her knowledge in digital and e-commerce environments and to learn from such a skilled and specialized team.

In her free time, she enjoys reading a good book while savoring a coffee in a charming café.

Raúl is a designer at Década. Although he graduated in Industrial Design, over time he discovered his true calling in graphic and web design. He has worked in various sectors and led creative teams, always striving to add real value to each project. Passionate about connecting ideas and shaping them with purpose. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, photography, music, and reading. At Década, he found a place where design is lived with authenticity and meaning.

Jully arrived in Spain three and a half years ago with the goal of advancing her life and career. Since then, she has specialized in digital marketing and marketplaces, managing accounts on Amazon, Miravia, Zerca, and eBay, while strengthening her analytical skills through her solid command of Excel. Her experience living in Australia and Spain has reinforced her adaptability, one of her key strengths.

For Jully, joining Década is a natural step to continue growing within the Amazon ecosystem. She values challenges and continuous learning, and outside of work she finds balance in the relationships she has built away from her native Colombia, as well as in travelling and embracing new experiences.

Guillermo joins the Década team as a Marketplace Account Manager. He has experience in retail managing more than 8 brands, having worked at two of the world’s largest Amazon Ads agencies. Passionate about data and technology, he focuses on continuous improvement and account optimization. He sees Década as the ideal platform to further develop his skills while contributing to the company’s growth. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym and practicing sports.
